| Bill Cosby's cartoon creations are in the real world and finding it tough being humans rather than colourful characters on the screen. They're here on a mission, but they have to be quick. Time is running out for them. |
|
Bill Cosby's best-loved cartoon characters make the BIG leap from cartoons to the big screen in this hilarious movie for the whole family.
| …they're here - yeah yeah yeah! |
Fat Albert is the leader of the Cosby Kids. You might also want to meet the rest of the gang so you know what you're letting yourself in for. There's Bucky, so named because of his teeth; there's Mushmouth, who's mumbling is so bad only Weird Harold can hear him. Weird Harold is tall, thin and impossibly clumsy. Not forgetting Rudy, the wheeler-dealer of the group. He's never short of ideas about what to do. Bill is the practical one while Donald is the dumb one, with the pink wool cap over his head all the time.
They find themselves in the real world after Doris jokingly asks them for help, while she's feeling a little down. Before she knows it the Cosyb Kids are out of the TV and in her life. The only problem is that the longer the kids spend in the real world they begin to fade.
There's also the modern world to come to terms with, not to mention meeting their creator Bill Cosby himself.
This imaginative, funny film stars Kenan Thompson as Fat Albert with a special appearance by the man who started it all back in the 1970s.
Fat Albert is directed by the king of comedy films Joel Zwick. He's responsible for tickled funny bones all over the world with his smash hit funnies like My Big Fat Greek Wedding, the Mork and Mindy TV series with Robin Williams, Perfect Strangers, Happy Days, and the upcoming Coming Out.
Grab the kids, sit back and enjoy the zany adventures of Fat Albert.
(This movie is available in Dolby sound on M-Net Movies 1 only.)
